Exercise for your ass?

    Realjock is gay fitness oriented forum, with other various interest also discussed as well in separate parts of the forum. I am thinking about whether, in regards to exercise and sex itself, if anyone puts some significant amount of time to actually strengthen their muscles inside so they can actually squeeze better during the sex.

    There was once a discussion about squeezing during the sex, but it disappeared, not sure what happened to it, but consensus seemed to be that not many bottoms actually do it, and if they do do it, they seem to do it rather infrequently during the sex, not throughout, since it could be very tiring to do so constantly.

    But, if, you are the one who actually does do so throughout the sex consistently, or who would like to, is there someone out there who actually work on developing their inner muscles, just like someone would lift weights for their bicep or tricep?

    are you suggesting holding for one minute during intercourse, or as some sort of exercise

    I saw online here that someone said that Kegel doesn't have much effect on developing muscles required to squeezing ass compared to its supposed effect on dealing with urine problems or better erections, etc.
    I'm not sure if it's true or not, but it wouldn't surprise me if Kegel exercise works on separate groups of muscle that is similar yet different from a muscle group one uses to squeeze ass, if one is into that

    Then just get yourself a dildo and "squeeze" away.
    I suggest doing this right between your squats and lunges. Just drop trou and lay down on a weight bench. Then plunge it in. Maybe over by the mirrors. (Doing it on a bench, rather than the floor forces you to keep your legs elevated, which is also good for endurance.) Your spotter can help you maintain correct form.

    lol no offence intended, just someone said that about Kegels, thanks for your input. that does sound like a splendid idea, only if I worked out at all!
