Mixing it up in the gym - How do you keep it fresh?

    I've been following a great training program for about a month now and I've seen some decent results, but its starting to feel routine. Whats the best way to mix it up a bit and find a new routine to keep from falling into a rut?

    Change up the order of exercises. As an example if you always Squat first then Leg Press switch the order. Keeps the muscle confused.

    Doing a different guy in the same sauna every day is a good way to keep it fresh.

    I like to change my workout exercises every two weeks or changing up the days that I do certain body parts. I also randomly throw in DTP into the mix every now and then.
