Has anyone tried his 9 week program? I'm in week two. It's not bad and definitely gotten me to improve my diet. Just curious what others might think of it.

Yah, it is. It only cost $47 and honestly for the work out and dietary suggestions I think it's worth it. But I've had trouble getting my username and password to work and their tech service has been no help. So in that sense it isn't so great.

What does his program consist of? What do you get that you can't get on some free sites? Just curious. I've also seen the FB ads, clicked through and watched the video. Mostly because they guy is hot and has a nice body.

They match your body type with a workout routine and suggested dietary plan. Telling you basically what to do in the gym (exercises, sets, reps) and when and what to eat. There is some push for supplements, but not necessary to achieve your goals.
