    Howdy Ya'll

So if anyone wonders why I haven't been checking my faceboook messages for a while, it's because I'm in rural India. I've been working with women and children teaching english and interviewing them for data collection.

The organization that organized this trip is called vVisions.

They have been amazing and they are the perfect combination of savvy (which you have to be to do development work in India) and caring.

I went on their Facebook page, and I think they deserve waaay more likes than they currently have. In most non-profits most Facebook likes come from the affected population, but since this organization focuses on kids who probably wouldn't have a computer let alone an FB page, it's really tough.

Please if you can, take some time to give this organization a like on Facebook. They really really deserve it.

what is "liking" the page actually gonna do for the organization though?

    how does it benefit it?
if I "like" it..... yet have no affiliation with it, how does that benefit the organization?

    seems kinda useless
