Dieting and working out mistakes/misconceptions?

    What do you think are some of the most common mistakes people make/misconceptions people have when it comes to dieting and working out properly?

    They either eat like crap, or they starve themselves......I've been guilty of both.

    1. The only time of the day they drink water is during a workout
    2. They think they can eat whatever they want because they did 15 min of cardio
