Bi/tri workout

    So I've been spending a lot of time in the gym the past few months and seeing some great results~ except with my arms.

    For some reason it doesn't matter how hard and long I seem to workout my arms, I never end up sore. I have tried several really extensive workouts that I have found online and in magazines and I work to failure yet my arms are never sore.

    Does anyone have any great tips for arm growth?

    i've been seeing some great improvements from doing pushups. try with ur arms locked to your sides and also with your hands making a diamond shape.

    Thanks buddy, I'll add those in. I have a little bit of a hard time with push ups as I shattered both my wrists and had both fused about 10 years back. Maybe I'll give the perfect push up handles a try.

    Whenever I stop getting sore, I remind myself to increase the weights. My body has already gotten accustomed to the workout and needs to be pushed further.
