Congrats! I like whole foods too since they have tons of healthy options. But I gotta admit that some of their dishes are completely tasteless. icon_confused.gif

No one can afford the whole meal at Whole Foods. Sounds like a good plan!

I've got to agree. I've had a whole lot of foods from WF - - - especially lunches. A great healthy place to eat. Also - - - - these stores attract other in shape, hot looking people - and it is a pleasure to surround ourselves with other like minded guys. Who knows, you just might meet someone while you're there.

I limit myself to just a few handfuls of the free food samples. My waistline is shrinking and so is my monthly grocery bill.

OMG....I do the same thing at Dean & Deluca! But I think they're catching on to me. There's a woman working there who gives me the evil eye when I enter the store. icon_eek.gif

Was it magic food at Whole Foods or was it you ate fewer calories than you usually do elsewhere?

Good job man, whatever works for you. Hopefully it's teaching you how to eat better.

Eating fewer calories, and higher quality. Starting the day with a big breakfast and ending it with a light dinner, snacking on much healthier foods, replacing soda with as much water as I can drink.
