    Dads side:

    Swedish since 2 generations back. Before that German and before that eastern Europe, possibly Romania..


    Moms side: Swedish since many generations. Before that we have traced our roots back a couple centuries to the Walloons, from the Benelux area, who during a time migrated to Sweden in quite large amounts as iron workers.

    Austrian 1901 (My grandfather arrived first to acquire farm)
    Czech 1902 (My grandmother, already married with a child, arrived second)

    Mother's side:

    Dutch 1650 (Records unclear, may have been earlier)
    French 1748 (Male, fled Scotland after defeat at Battle of Culloden)
    Scot 1748 (Female, unknown whether arrived with the French mercenary, or separately, and when married to him)
    Irish 1852 (Potato famine)
