Oh, anyone can answer a moral question, from any moral standpoint and based on any theory of morality. But no one can tell you whether or not a theory of morality is absolute. Science can't answer that either. Anyone with even a basic grounding in philosophy could tell you this. This all goes without saying, I'm kind of a moral skeptic.
This guy is a blowhard who does a swell job of throwing out a bunch of different hypothetical moral dilemmas and doing nothing to resolve them, much less using science to approach them. Bonus points for him being a pretentious ass talking smack about how religious folks answer moral questions when he fails to even describe how science could possibly delineate an absolute moral theory.
And I fail to see why we need a "universal conception of human values".
