I weighed myself for the first time in a little while today, and I'm just over 140lbs. My BMI has just dipped below healthy. I feel fine though. Better than fine. I'm feeling rather amazing really. Is this slight underweight cause for concern?

6'1 140 is too thin, I think, unless you're gunning for Kate Moss' job.

Wait, was I supposed to be grossed out and turn this into a thin-bashing thread? Well, ok, I did throw up a little in my mouth when I first read your post, but, other than that, I'm dealing.

At your age I was a stick! anyway, I agree that heigh 140 is pretty low.

I'm still trying to gain some good weight, it is not easy! Good Luck, have a steak for dinner! LOL

It's weird though. My body fat is still 10%, which isn't really thin. I'm sure something's wrong somewhere. I'll just keep dieting and up my weights, I suppose

what worked for me is stick to a good diet and eat two peanut butter sandwiches in bewtween breakfast and lunch and then again inbetween lunch and dinner. but pile that stuff on after a month you'll hate it but stick to it. it helped me.

Being skinny is a disease, you know. All you have to do is eat more.

I don't know, I think maybe my upper arms would look better if they were dimply and wing-like. Where do I sign up and how long is the list of eager transplant patients?

I could get to you after 25 meals of fried chicken and chocolate cake.

If you're happy with your weight and body shape
    that's fine
That's basically all what it's about
If not there are ways to change it
