    What are your food suggestions and or supplement ideas for increased TESTOSTERONE....

    1. Pomegranate juice

    2. Shrimp

    3. Oatmeal

    4. Spinach

    5. Citrus fruits

    6. Honey

    Honey's B vitamins aid the production of testosterone, and its boron content helps the body use estrogen, which is a key factor in proper blood flow and arousal. Sweet.

    7. Blueberries

    I found this list on Mens Health...what do you think?

    And this point I learned awhile back and is disturbing. Do NOT eat or drink foods from plastic containers. And especially do NOT heat items up in these containers. Although approved by the FDA plastics have a chemical that when ingested can unfavorably increase estrogen levels in men. This is such a serious matter that all the plastics that are winding up in our oceans are sterilizing the fish and the males of many fish species are becoming sterile and are not able to reproduce. Male babies should not drink out of plastic baby bottles.

    That IS disturbing and scary. Almost everything now is packaged or comes in plastic of some form, including shaker bottles and protein powder. Looks like I need to find another way to pack and heat lunch from home.

    Thank you for the information thus far.

    I have added HMB and ZMA specifically to help with exercise recovery. ZMA purportedly to help the levels of free testosterone in the body.

    Interesting comment about the honey regarding boron. I will revisit Barry Sears book "The Zone" to dig out his favourable slant on this element.

    Thanks for the information! I also recollect some articles on raising testosterone here on RealJock a few weeks ago. Seems to me they recommended broccoli and cauliflower to improve testosterone levels.

    Your right...but did you know that SOY is bad...bad...it has an effect of feminizing the male. No wonder we have so many fat young men today. Just google it and you will see. I had a nice spinach salad today with greens and olives and goat "feta" cheese. I do not eat Soy fed meat products and eat fresh!! NO SOY!!

    I do eat wild Alaskan Salmon and the fresher the better!!

    i'm a bee keeper and have never heard about the honey testosterone connection. The lastest i've read about is the cabbage (cruciferae family) connection. Cabbage juice definitely has an upligting effect on me...it is no where as bad as it sounds. Purple cabbage juice looks really cool.

    Well....from what I can see your the hottest bee keeper I have ever seen!! So it must work..... it's so important to keep fit and be healthy. I read daily about so many men who are really messed up. I feel bad and want to reach out and say hey...wake up and get your self together...congrats on keeping it together!!!

    Not all plastics...just polycarbonates....Polyethylene is considered safe, high and low density ..(it is softer and not clear like polycarbonate) Gallon Milk bottles are generally polyethylene.

    I have a lot of ideas that help support testosterone naturally. I will add them daily so keep an eye out. I think a man really needs to be aware of this and work diligently on keeping a high sperm count and good testosterone level. You know that when you do this....you will have the best libido in town!! PROMISE.....

    I just read an article today how some scientist have identified that the all natural substance "HORNY GOAT WEED" has a special ingredient that's responsible for higher testosterone...which maintains good sperm levels.....which intern helps KEEP IT UP and we all want that RIGHT??? A natural libido that is unstoppable. I actually think I read the article here at RJ someplace...just search for it.

    BTW...I have been taking several varieties of Horny Goat weed...and I can say it works well...LOL
