    I been aiming on gettin to 200 pounds and was damn close I was
    195 last Friday I weighed myself today and I'm back down to 190 what happened??

    Depends what time of day you weighed urself. Whenever you weigh urself, make sure the time of day is consistent. You weight more later in the day. And make sure ur scale isn't screwy
