    THIS!

Why did they pick this gumpy old creep anyway?
    ln4ee18b10.jpg

If they really want to change the image of the Catholic Church, they need to elect a younger, hotter pope.

"La Repubblica quoted an unidentified man described as ''very close'' to the authors of the dossier as saying it contained information about violations of the sixth and seventh commandments, which forbid adultery and stealing.

The British newspaper, The Guardian, notes that the sixth commandment also "is linked in Catholic doctrine to the proscribing of homosexual acts."

OK, the Ten Commandments don't say shit against homosexuality, but they still choose to read into it that way. lol icon_rolleyes.gif

Actually, it falls under adultery because they are married to Christ, so they are not allowed to have sex with anyone, to do so is an act of adultery. It does not really have to do anything with homosexuality, they just don't give the full explanation because then then could not condemn homosexuality.

LOL. This baffles my mind in so many levels. Haha.
    1. First, for two individuals to be married, both must be pledge their "consent." Where do they get Christ's consent from?
    2. If a priest is married to Christ and another priest is married to Christ, wouldn't that make Christ a polygamist (or whatever term they call it for guys)? Hence, wouldn't that be adultery? -- Thereby, Catholics should be fine with adultery.
    3. Wouldn't that make each marriage with a priest, bishop, and pope a same-sex marriage? -- Therefore, Catholics should be fine with same-sex marriages. XD

So the "gay mafia" can't get gay marriage enacted or a decent openly gay Hollywood leading man, but it can force one of the most powerful persons in the world to retire...

You are thinking of Christ as Jesus. Christ is a spiritual entity. Jesus was the Christ, because that was the form that He chose to come in.

There is no consent needed by Christ, because Christ accepts all who come to Him and give themselves to Him (and I use "Him" very loosely here, because Christ is not really a Him, Christ is somewhat for a lack of better words, a spiritual entity). When you fully commit yourself to Christ, you commit yourself body, mind and soul ... at least in theory that is the way it is suppose to work, but not even some of the priests, bishops, cardinals fully comprehend this.

To bad the gay mafia isn't like the mafia from the days of old ... instead of waking up to find a horses head in your bed, you'd wake to your dick on the pillow next to you.

It says he gay network is just the first part of the investigative dossier.

I would think a true man of God would trust in God to weather any storm ... that is unless they are liable to be exposed as part of the scandal.

I like the one about thou shalt not shat in the camp, thou shalt go outside the camp and dig a hole and shat and cover it up

I get confused with the contradiction between Thou shalt not kill and thou shalt stone to death a a divorce woman who remarries, disobedient children and the rest

i was raised catholic and i'm a practicing catholic and i don't understand what this whole 6th commandment thing is about. i've never heard it used as a prohibition against homosexuality.

the argument against homosexual acts comes from the church's understanding of natural law, not anything to do with the 10 commandments.

    i'm confused icon_sad.gif

Hahaha, well, there was certainly two sets of ten, and most people don't know they were quite different from each other, lol. icon_biggrin.gif

So you mean to say that God probably said, I am not about to carve that whole thing again ... so here is the condensed version.
