I am looking for a gym buddy who is also a member of Merritt Gym in the Baltimore area. I generally work out every other day, main goal is weight loss, and being over all healthier.

On the weekdays i workout at Canton sometimes between 6am - 7:40am or in the evenings after 5pm - 6:30pm.

I generally go to DAC merritt on the Weekends after 1pm.

with weight training i try to work my chest, back, legs, shoulders, abs, sides. I also do about 30 mins of cardio. But i am willing to try new machines and workouts. I'm pretty open minded. I have no desire to be a huge muscle guy. slim and toned is the goal.
