No, eating like a pig is not the answer.

Does he work out 4 days a week ?
Does he lift heavy weights ?
Does he use correct form ?
    Is he vegetarian ?
    Is he anorexic ?
These are all serious questions, especially since it's extremely unusual for a grown man to weigh only 90 pounds.

Lots of guys who work out think that they can never eat anything but fruits, vegetables, and protein drinks. I strongly disagree. In fact, It's been my experience that protein drinks and almost every other workout supplement are absolutely worthless. Eat real food, instead.

And there are just as many people that look massively better than you that swear by supps.

If someone has a fast metabolism - they NEED to eat a ton. I NEVER said they should eat crap - but yes, they do need to eat.

Anyway, when I was in high school, I had a trainer but I was always losing weight faster than gaining muscle. My Sister and I were talking to a woman who works for an exercising company. I told her about me. She said that I need to eat before and after working out. Try to cut out coffee so that it is possible to drink a lot of water in the morning along with your breakfast, and food later. Lots of protein, lots of food. More carbs and healthy fats, rather than sugars. And maybe a mild medication to slow the body down, such as a very small dosage of Depakote from a licensed Doctor. VERY SMALL dose. maybe about 10 or 50 milligrams before bedtime. the normal dosage is 100 milligrams.

It's already hard eating 2500kcal on real natural foods alone, can you imagine 5000 and over... you would spend your entire day eating just to consume all that. Add to that the fact that many ectos also have a lower appetite. On such a diet you are almost 24/7 with a full stomach and bottoming becomes impossible. Gainer shakes and protein drinks are acceptable compromises when you need to eat much above your appetite and spend your time on lowly things like working.

A bit too soon for roids, dbol is too bad taste and ectos don't need clen

Some one who has a high metabolism and cannot put on weight, may actually need to have their thyroid checked out ... and they should do it right away because it can cause problems without medication

It would be helpful to know his age and height before commenting, please.

I definitely would not advise anyone to take Depakote for a fast metabolism... it's an anti-epileptic and mood stabiliser!!!

I can eat like a pig , indulge in sweets , biscuit and so on and not gaining a kilogram . My cholesterol is low , my sugar level are low , thyroid is functioning perfectly and my level of testosterone is normal . I lift weight and get a slight defined bod , i have had asked help for trainers in the past and always have been answered " it is because you have a high metabolism " ............icon_smile.gif

5'6" and 90 lbs...thats probably a little less then my equivalent 5'8" and 115 lbs years ago...

But what I did was basically eat 6 eggs a day and half a pound of spaghetti each and everyday until I hit 145. In addition to a very full dinner.

Do you believe that all those massive guys in supplement ads got massive from eating tons of food and supplements ?
