how you arrange your meal?

    hi guys...i want to know how you arrange for your daily meal? i try to avoid the carbo (bread, rice, noodle, potatoes) cause i want my six packs become visible. need your advice..thanks alot

    I usually have more than one six-pack on hand, in case my friends are really thirsty and I always tip the pizza delivery person.

    My Fitness Pal is a good app you can use to keep track of macros - carbs, fat, protein. Can be useful in planning daily meals.

    When I want my six pack to become visible, I just take my shirt off!

    Keep it low glycemic, lots of veggies - dont cheat. Sugar is the devil.
