My Facebook 'gym' family pushed me into joining them this year, at the 'Chicago Tough Mudder'. I did my research, and even though I'm incredibly intimidated, I'm hoping their motivation and assistance will help me get though the obstacles.

So.. Will I see you there trudging through he mud like the rest of us?

I'm fairly tempted to do the one here, but I don't think I'm even close to ready for a 20km run...

I won't be there, but I will be doing the Tough Mudder in Vancouver this year.

I would love to do one of these... eventually. I know I need to work my way up, though, so I'm planning to start with a Warrior Dash this summer, and build from there. Good luck, SM!

I planned on going to the Tough Mudder in Ohio this year but my knee still won't allow me to run more than a few miles. I'll probably do some smaller 5k's this summer then go for the Tough Mudder next year.

And a few other things icon_smile.gif

Did Wisconsin last year. Doing Colorado at Beaver Creek this year. One of their more unique races because of the terrain (up a ski mountain).

Did mine back in December of last year. It was my second one and I'll do the next one here at the end of this year. Its really not that bad especially once you start running because everyone there motivates each other. It isn't about time its about helping each other across the finish line. You'll definitely meet some really cool people there.

I did the Warrior Dash last year and would love to move up to Tough Mudder. I'm hoping not to have to do it alone.

I've just done one about a month ago "So Cal" down in Temecula.... It was challenging but fun.... I'd enjoyed every single bit of it and will do it again.... You will feed off everyone else motivation and drive to get though the 12 mile course and the key is team work/ comradery.

I had someone ask me yesterday if I wanted to do the one here in Jax in May. Still undecided however the high prices at this point in the registration may be making the decision for me. $145
