Happened here in Connecticut. Student wore a shirt with a slash across a gay flag on the diversity awareness day. Student was forced to remove the shirt. So ACLU threatens a lawsuit and the school caves and will now allow the shirt to be worn. Article doesn't mention it but I'm sure the parents of the student are the ones who involved the ACLU.
