I just had my monthly cheat meal to put some sanity into my diet..

I ate a small pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks...

I was really shocked that I ate all of that and could still eat more, can you guys eat a lot?

btw I am an ex-fat person, so that might contribute?

I can actually. I can eat double what my brothers can eat before I start to feel full. Here's the kicker, I don't gain a single pound. Not sure if it's a blessing or a curse :/

I used to be able to eat alot (like get more than your moneys worth at a buffet)

But now due to my weight goals, and shrunken stomach, I don't eat that much.

If I tried, I probably could eat more than a normal person, but then I'd feel sick.

Yes. But I'll get fat doing so. My "I'm full" switch seems to have a delayed response time.

I can eat 3 mustard packets in one sitting if no one is looking, serious? I can down a whole gallon of milk with two Tommy burgers, xtra chili, xtra cheese.

Some days I can chow down an entire buffet, and other days I struggle to eat a whole meal. Usually every week on Thursday is my cheat day. This day generally starts off with a trip to Chipotle then only gets better from there.

    I don't get full....
I put on weight really easily if I don't watch myself. Although if I just eat what I feel like a meal can be a few thousand calories....

Nope my metabolism will let me know if I can't eat anymore. I am trying to watch my body/figure. I'm around 154 lbs and couldn't be happier. I used to be around 169 lbs about 2 yrs ago, urg pretty bad. I stay away from all the fast food, alcohol and too much carb-diet. Just lean meat, veggies, fruit...etc. icon_cool.gif Arg, the pressure to be gay and thin. icon_neutral.gif

I usually eat about double what my family members eat.

When I go to In-N-Out, I get a double-double combo meal with another cheeseburger on the side.

Back in grad school I was eating 7k calories a day.

    ....

I can't wait until I hit 35 and my metabolism slows down.

    Define "a lot."

I don't think pulling up a chair to the buffet is a lot; but other people tend to disagree.
