    I agree, which is why I don't watch those shows. As one commentor to this article says: "Eliminate reality TV and return to actual shows that aren't filled with airheads that would be living off welfare if they didn't have stardom. So simple, and yet so complicated in a country where most of its citizens wouldn't know what to do with themselves if they didn't have their "reality" shows. When it comes to entertainment, we really are generally sad and pathetic as a country."

    Most reality TV is nothing more than a watered down version of Roman Gladiators. It satisfies the viewers' bloodlust.

    That's what I don't get, though. I have no desire to watch people getting shouted at. It fulfills no inner need. Except for bad people, like people telling McCain he's an ass, etc. icon_wink.gif
