    that's kinda similar to the level of support pulled in the summer before the vote... how you poll and what you do in the polls are two different things

    Good for California! This state should have been in the forefront of same-sex marriage. Except for the very brave Gavin Newsome in San Francisco no other politician has taken such a bold step but with numbers like this a politician does not need to.

    Only one line of that REALLY jumps out at me:

    Check out the "other" category in race and ethnicity. Huge difference in 3 years. I suspect Obama's official endorsement of same-sex marriage has influenced a lot of black voters in this state.

    This isn't an all black people think alike comment, but our president is probably the most popular political figure among black voters since...ever...
