Whats your max raw bench, squat, and deadlift?

    And whats your height and weight?

    Im 6'0 and 220lbs on average.
    Squat -565lbs raw without a squat suit.
    Bench-445lbs without a bench shirt.
    Deadlift-585lbs without a deadlift suit.

    Im all natural.

    I also did all these lifts in tennis shoes and just using a regular weight belt...

    My bench is the best out of them because of how big my chest is.. ive measured my chest at over 50inches once and im only 220lbs. Im 100 percent all natural.

    The bench uses alot of chest.. The funny thing is that my arms arent even that big... they are only 17.5 inches max pumped.. But my chest just makes up so much that its just incredible the power that i can create from my chest.. When i do the seated chest fly machine i do the full stack plus an additional 15lbs.. then i have to add on an additional 55lbs of free stacking weights that weight 5lbs and 10lbs each to the main stack and pile them on top and then that is sometimes enough for me to get a workout out of the seated chest fly machine. And this fly machine is the tough one its not the easy one that i see in some gyms...

    Dead 275
    Bench - got shoulder injury. Haven't done it in a while.

    Trying to push deads further. It's supposed to be higher than squats.

    No clue.

    OHP - 155; maybe 185 next time?

    I haven't attempted a 1RM. However, these are the heaviest I've gone:

    Flat bench: 215x6
    Back squat: 245x8
    Deadlift: 315x6
    Overhead press: 135x6

    I do not use belts, suits, or straps.
