I'm 24, 5' 8" (172cm) but I weigh only 128 lbs. I've never really cared for meals - I skip them often. But now I want to be serious about my body - I'm sure with proper diet and work-out, I can make a really sexy body. I'm looking for diet advice - I'm vegetarian (not vegan i.e. milk, eggs are okay, but no meat/fish). I would prefer working out at home. Could people please advise me?
