im out of shape and i need serious help

    i just being fat and being out of shape. I see guys at that beach with six pack abs and so want em together with those ripped muscle... currently em standing at 6'04 and weighing 246.917 pounds.... please i seriously need to know what kind of meal plan i should get as well as routine to get my desired body.... Please do supply me with info..... thanks so so much

    One way to start...go for a walk...Just turn off the TV....get out of the house.....put your ipod on...and go...go...and don't stop! you will be amazed how the pounds fly off. I have shared this with many..including myself...one person lost over 140lbs just by WALKING!! SO DO IT!!

    Another suggestion is to hire a personal trainer, even for 3 months....he will get you started off right to reach your goals.
