    White people can perform 'aborginal' dance without being aboriginal themselves, just as Irish people could perform a Hula, if they are so inclined!
    Do you think Zumba is off limits to non-Colombian peoples? If performed by 50 year old WASPs, it's still "zumba"!

    in the context, it's problematic to lump aborigines (of australia) with say the maori or other polynesian cultures.
