That school he went to was my middle school in the 90's. It was called Ashland middle. I can't believe what happened to him. I am sick of these young kids trying to prove themselves. My neighborhood has gone down. Its inconceivable as to how drastically it has turned into a heap of waste
Its so much waste there if we could use it as renewable energy we'd probably generate electricity for a whole city for years.

I failed to catch your reference or your point. This seems more like an aimless rant than the start of a discussion...

the kid named is Bailey, this is sad that today's kids have to deal with pressure from homework and fear for getting beat up in school, the parents should fucking sue the shit school and the bullies' shitty parents.

That's because OP is too stupid to post a source for the news story. icon_neutral.gif

OP - clarify what You are talking about.

As it stands, this is something that should be in the WHAT'S ON YOUR MIND thread.

If You want it to be it's own thread, You have to supply a reference point for discussion.

And let's ALL keep in mind that it IS clear that yet another kid was bullied to death at some crap school somewhere.

By the way, I dont think it had to do with sexuality or anything. Just a bunch of kids who beat this kid up. Worse part the police have not pressed any charges, the two boys only got 2 day suspensions, and they are not calling this bullying. icon_neutral.gif

These boys physically beat a kid to death and get nothing....a kid eats a pop tart in the shape of a gun (when the kid says it really was a mountain) and almost gets expelled. Our school systems are so fucked up icon_rolleyes.gif

This isn't bullying anymore this is assault and manslaughter. If there is a documented history of bullying, and the school was aware of it then they should be held accountable.

I agree with the poster above me schools these days are too busy policing nonsense like "pop tart hard guns" and the real problems seem to constantly fall between the cracks.

Yeah I forgot to mention his name. His father said that his son (Bailey) mood had change he had violent mood swings he was very angry and he wouldn't eat. He was in a induced coma. And his family had him pulled from life support.

He Was very sad. The boy allegedly got 2 days suspension .

Some people do make mistakes. Calling me stupid is Uncalled for

What's appalling is that law enforcement officials are still debating whether the school beating he got, for which he was hospitalized, had any connection with his subsequent death. In other news reports the officials offered pure speculation that maybe he already suffered from seizures before he was severely beaten. Yeah, and that other shooting fatality may have had holes in him before he was shot. icon_rolleyes.gif

That's an argument for the assailants to raise at their trial. They beat a kid, he goes to the hospital and dies, and you arrest them and bring charges. Is that so difficult? Have the police and prosecutors never done this before? I wonder if those kids who beat him have "special" connections?

i totally agree. i think the police are really dropping the ball on this one and trying to make excuses. especially w/ the seizure issues.

Get a freaking life dude.. your posts per day ratio is around 16. If it sounds like a d'bag, acts like a d'bag...

And mo's wonder why some choose to be described as straight acting and for others it is plain to see.

Only insecure fuckfaces like you who are too gutless to show your face on a gay website think they're superior for being "straight-acting".
People who hate homosexuals don't give a fuck if you act "like a man"; the fact that you like dick is enough for them to want you dead.

What point? That I'm a douchebag?
You called me a douchebag for saying that somebody is stupid. That's a complete overreaction. Then you imply that because I'm rude that heterosexuals don't accept homosexuals since they're fem, which makes absolutely no sense because being rude isn't a feminine quality at all. If it is, then you're really fem because you're being rude to me so your point about being straight-acting is null and void.

The thread turned into something else. Why does an RJ member think it is OK to berate another for his own amusement? What gives him the right to be so ill-mannered to someone in his own community?

Says the person who turned around and berated him. Lead by example.

I merely called princess out on his trolling. Admonishing him for behaving badly rather than tacit acceptance implicating your approval. Chastising a child isn't for enjoyment. There is a difference.
