I have looked around and I am starting to wonder if the skim milk I use in my protein shakes is contributing to that last bit of fat hiding my abs. I am debating cutting out my milk because I drink it with my protein shakes. I have heard the carbs in milk are not good carbs anyhow. How many people here have cut out the milk and did it help your results?
