Well here I am if you do not mind helping lol I used to be in the two hundreds but then got down to 190 and recently I have been really trying to get into a good shape I guess you could say. I would like to look tone and a little muscular. I try to run about 3-4 miles on the treadmill atleast every other day and I do wheight machines about every other day also. I have lost more weight and right now am at 175 which I am ok with just want to see some definition. I am taking fish oil, creatine hydrochloride (which my friend suggested for some reason) and one a day mens pro edge multivitamin. I am trying to develop better eating habits and stuff. I've been on a greek yogurt kick lol But just want to tone/build arms chest abs. Any advice would be awesome if you wouldnt mind.
For the most part I eat yogurt every morning and sometimes I get busy so I wont eat till dinner but thats just two days a week. But for lunch I may do a salad with buffalo grilled chicken and blue cheese dressing ( i should probably stop with the blue cheese) or like a nutella and banna sandwhich. Then dinner is usually sometype of grilled chiken with veggies or a pork chop or like on a cheat day I may do some pasta not very much or go to chipotle and get a burrito or something like that.
