    Well here I am if you do not mind helping lol I used to be in the two hundreds but then got down to 190 and recently I have been really trying to get into a good shape I guess you could say. I would like to look tone and a little muscular. I try to run about 3-4 miles on the treadmill atleast every other day and I do wheight machines about every other day also. I have lost more weight and right now am at 175 which I am ok with just want to see some definition. I am taking fish oil, creatine hydrochloride (which my friend suggested for some reason) and one a day mens pro edge multivitamin. I am trying to develop better eating habits and stuff. I've been on a greek yogurt kick lol But just want to tone/build arms chest abs. Any advice would be awesome if you wouldnt mind.

    For the most part I eat yogurt every morning and sometimes I get busy so I wont eat till dinner but thats just two days a week. But for lunch I may do a salad with buffalo grilled chicken and blue cheese dressing ( i should probably stop with the blue cheese) or like a nutella and banna sandwhich. Then dinner is usually sometype of grilled chiken with veggies or a pork chop or like on a cheat day I may do some pasta not very much or go to chipotle and get a burrito or something like that.     I'm at a loss as to what help you need. There is no question posed in your opening and you seem to be doing really great with eating, workout and weight control .... so what help/advice are you looking for?
