Does being a bottom prevent hemmoroids? Do gay men have hemmoroids?

Haha, just yet another consequence of many people becoming sedentary. Sitting on your ass all day, hell yeah your hole is going to flare up!

You think hemorrhoids are bad? Look up anal fissures. They're far worse.

From what I've heard, Anal fissures can heal while hemorrhoids cannot, not sure if it's true or not but that's what I've heard.

A fissure is a crack in the skin (or other tissues) and can heal and go away.

Hem's can have surgery to remove but I understand they can return.

    Best advice: stay regular!

Anal intercourse doesn't cause hemorrhoids; but it can irritate ones that already exist.

Both are treatable (hemroids and anal fissures). if you want to remove your hemoroids, there's not only preperation H but you can use both ice an d a salt water solution. Over time they'll shrink to nothing.

If they are acute, yes they heal and go away. If they are chronic, they are a pain in the ass...literally. And surgery is usually necessary.

Are you talking about Anal Fissures or Hemorrhoids?

Fissures may also heal quickly, but the tissue that repairs them is often weaker and will re-injure.
