any exercises that incorporate cardio into them?

    i'm not able to go to the gym on my non workout days anymore like i hope to where i could do cardio. i know that there's exercises outthere that work on specific body parts that also incorporate cardio where you get a bit of a workout. anybody here that knows of some that could share with me? i'm about to do a leg and shoulder workout today if that helps.

    blending weights and cardio is all about keeping your heart rate up for the duration.

    What I did when I was trying this was to do a "bridge" exercise between sets. for instance, if you're doing legs, do 1 set of squats and then during your "rest" period do 20 pushups to keep your heart rate up.

    On top of keeping the heart rate elevated, you also get a really awesome chest workout in there. I ended up with a couple hundred pushups in by the end of the routine. And you can do it for tricep dips or lunges or crunches as well.
