Gaining Muscle

    Hi guys, Im currently on whey protien and eating very healthy but im wanting to gain muscle...I run 3 times a week and do gym 4 times a week...icon_biggrin.gif
    I dont want to get a mass gainer if i gain fat around my stomach

    Is there another way to gain muscle without the fatty after effects of a mass gainer?

    I'm still lean while getting big. My scale is increasing and my BF is dropping
