I love pushing extra hard during body pump but always find myself getting held back from forearm fatigue. Body pump consists of continuous reps for about 5 mins for each muscle group. I can do 110lbs on the squat track, 70 lbs on the chest track but when i get to the back track I have to fight to push to the end. My forearms are on fire and so i'm not able to increase the weight for my back track as much as i would like. same also happens during the bicep track. Any suggestions on what might help? Its realllllly frustrating

Sometimes using weightlifting straps during some workouts helps.

While you do need to work your forearms directly, when doing heavy back exercises your grip will usually fail before your back muscles are fatigued.

So, straps as mentioned above, or I use these for heavy rowing/shrugging/pulldowns.
