I leave work at 5PM. I get home around 5:45PM. I want to work out when I get home but am finding it hard to do. I am always tired and have no energy when I get there. Is there something that I should eat or drink say an hour to a half an hour before I leave work that will give me the energy I need for a good workout? Should I drink a protein drink mixed with Creatine? I have Micronized creatine powder that I could mix with it. What do you guys think?
