Got a question people.

Not too long ago I hurt my arm and could not work out at all. Then of course my "hurt arm" shrunk in size and the other one got a bit stronger because of its taking over the others duties.

What's the best way to re-build the weaker arm now? I've shifted regular daily activities usually associated with my right (stronger) arm/hand to the weaker (left) but still there's some noticable difference.

Any suggestions??
