That's nothing. There's an American show called Hoarders. On one of the episodes, a woman hoarded stray cats and she had over 100 of them in her house. More than half of them were dead.

The last line in the column "most of the cats are expected to be adopted"... Yes, and with terrible urgency I may add!

It doesn't soind like the woman was even living in the house.....she just fed and watered them in an abaonded house? that happened to be hers? lol.

I think it would be worse if she physically lived with all those cats. Now, that's entertainment.

I think that's great. I can't wait to be a frowzled old hermit, drinking boxed wine and crooning to my cat children.

I once had to visit such a house. It had around 100 dogs. The woman's neighbours had smashed all her windows in frustration at the noise, smell, etc. And I have been told of apartments with even more cats.....

She sounds like a typical absentee landlord who owned an abandoned, decaying property on the east side of Buffalo that couldn't be rented so she filled it with cats. Very sickening indeed.

perhaps she thought the cats would offer to do some light house work in exchange for their free rent?

    Boy, was she mistaken

I would love an update on this woman since 5 years ago. I wonder how many more cats she must have by now?

i think density/sq. foot, becomes a limiting factor, after it reaches critical mass they start dying from disease, or cannibalism.

on the bright side she probably never had a rat problem.

Unfortunately, this repugnant, sickening behavior goes on in every city and in every suburb throughout the world.

It doesn't happen in Wales, but then again Buffalo is not even fit for the inhabitation of the filthiest of livestock.

I think I saw that episode.
So feral (ohhh see what I did there, yeah that's right a loosely associated corny pun; you are welcome).

I would agree, but my man came with one, so I allow one extra.
