Hey whatsup. I'm a full time college student at Texas State University with a high GPA that I have to spend a lot of time studying to keep but I am also employed with two part time positions. Last year gaining hypertrophy was a huge priority for me but this year my priorities have changed and work and school is more important for right now. Any way my friend suggested that I do an hour of exercise each day in twenty minute intervals. Like I could do twenty minutes of tricep/bicep compound sets then go to my first job then go home for like two hours do another twenty minute interval go to my second job then come back home and do my last twenty minute interval. I'm skeptical because I don't think twenty minutes three times a day is going to be really effective. What do you guys think?
