I briefly heard this workout routine on TV, and literally thought it was a complete joke. But does any of you think it's legit? Or just people trying to create shit?

Ive yet to hear about it but if its "seen on tv" its mostly likely a fad or money making scam. Do you have a link or anything to it?

did it for a month and half out of the 3 and im not going to lie, it was working. the key to that program though is the eating plan that they give you. It tells you how many calories you need for each phase to either bulk up or get lean. its intense but if you can keep up with working out 6 days a week for 3 months and the eating plan, i actually would recommend it.

Here is a link to it. I saw it on TV and once I saw it I wanted to make sure it was actually a real thing so I just googled it.

I'm trying to get more and more comfortable with my body icon_redface.gif but working out is helping a little but I'm still not completely confident about it. Please I don't want a rant on how I should be working out and stuff, quite honestly, I have been neglecting it because of school and opera week and stuff. But gradually getting thing back at hand.

Thanks guys for replying so far.

It is genuine man. There is nothing about it that is not a solid workout. You will need a good set of dumbells to do it at the bare minimum and a pull up bar.

It is not a fad really because it is a lifting plan. It is great for people who have trouble deciding how to put a lifting plan together that gets results and forces you to keep up with the timing. I know a lot of guys who dont do as much at a gym in 3 hours as they do in 40 minutes. It helps give you an idea of how long a break you take between each set.

If you have the equipment it is a solid plan.
