Unintended saidWater is a start, but the following works fairly well, unless you really over do the drinking:

    1) Before drinking, take about 2 grams of the amino acid n-cetylcysteine (NAC) along with a B vitamin capsule and an acid blocker such as Zantac Pepcid.

    2) While drinking, have a glass of water between drinks.

    3) Before bed, drink more water and take another 2 grams of NAC along with a 1/2 tablet of the antihistamine Zyrtec.

Be smart and put the Zyrtec and NAC on the counter before you go out drinking so you don't forget...

er... I think you must meet acetylcysteine... cetylcysteine would be like... a really unpleasant-smelling soap.
I dunno... sounds a little sketchy, but antipsychotic effects might be nice.

    Hey Buppi,

If you can't face the "hair of the dog" cure, then lots of sleep, plenty of water, followed by a hot chili/curry meal to kick start the metabolism.

The next time have a dioralyte, or another rehydration product before bed.

Poor you...hope it was a good night icon_cool.gif

For me, eating bread/crackers helps. Also orange juice.
