Steroid users vs. natural guys on this site?

We all know steroids are a multi billion dollar industry. Gay guys are often hyper focused on their bodies. My partner and I are 100% natural (we are focused very much on the whole body/ spirit and overall health our fitness routine brings us), but we are curious how many guys here use muscle enhancing drugs. What do you think the ratio is of guys on this site that use steroids consistently? 5%? 10%? more?

The term "natural" is subjective. If you use creatine, protein powders, or any other supplements, then you're not "natural".

ding, ding, ding. i said that on bb.com misc forum once and boy did those people get mad. protein shakes aren't natural. all you have to do is just eat, train, be consistent and have patience. if you don't do that, don't expect results.

the thing that irks me the most is how people try to put a time result on results and how people think that having a muscular or ripped appearance means that they are healthy. you have some of these guys trying to act as their own doctor when they don't even know what the hell they're doing. these 20 something year olds are dropping dead because of that broscientist bullshit.

another thing too. some of these physiques that are pushed outthere are examples of body dysmorphia. you know, unless you're a genetic freak, there's a limit that your body can go to, you know. anything behind that, you need "help" and "help" can fuck you up. the natural body that these fitness companies try to push damn sure ain't natural to begin with. most of them are either genetic freaks, roid heads or photoshopped bullshit.

I personally don't care. People are free to do whatever they want with their bodies. I appreciate all muscular physiques, natural or not. I just get annoyed when either side gets all high and mighty about things. I suspect this was the OP's motive for this thread.

It's obvious some are on the juice. I started to go to a serious bodybuilding gym after school (High School) and I got to know pro bodybuilders who took me under their wing. I got to know the juicers and non-juicers and I can still walk into the gym and point them out, you can just tell if you've been around them long enough.

Wasn't asking for people to admit their usage.

    Old McDonald had a farm,
    Eeyah eeyah ohh,
And on his farm he had some creatine..

    Nope.

Testosterone occurs naturally in the human body. So if I take testosterone injections, does that make me "natural"? Of course not.

I think we need to just drop the whole notion of natural versus non. We're all bodybuilders, from the steroid freaks to the fitness models to the weekend warriors. We just all have different goals.

The intent was to help set realistic goals. If I see a body type that I like, that I'd like to work toward, there is a chance that body used steroids to get there. Some, not all. So, getting a consensus as to what percentage I should throw out, as probably not realistic, is helpful. Just information

Honestly, I don't think any of the people that I have come in contact with on RJ is doing anything like that.

say what? You want us to give you a percentage of how many RJrs are on stereroids so that you can use that information as statistics in determining which RJ body you would like to attain?

This site is full of prudes. I think most would accuse the OP of being on some type of chemical enhancements simply because he's ripped and has a 6 pack. Pot meet kettle.
