I have outgrown most of my slacks for work and am wondering where I can get some that will accommodate a smaller waist but huge quads/hams?

What type of pants? I've got big legs and I fit into Dickies and off the shelf business dress pants just fine. I gave up on finding jeans.

You really just have to try on different brands and cuts, and maybe find a good tailor.

Black dress slacks for work. Just not finding a good ass-waist-quad ratio

I recently picked up a pair of Stafford dress pants from JC Penny. They fit exactly. Not too tight. But the moment I sit down, it becomes somewhat obvious that I do squats. icon_lol.gif

If you're having that much trouble finding the right fit, you'll have to get your pants altered by a tailor.

Get a tailor. A lot easier if you want to invest in a little bit more time and money.

Pick the fabric, colour and the cut you like.

Bonobos are good but expensive and pretty slim cut through the quads. I like Banana Republic but again, you may have quad issues. Try Polo (at an outlet store). They get their pants from all over and the cut is really inconsistent but some are fuller in the legs than I like but might be just what you need.

I hear you. I've had to throw away all my older suits and buy new ones. A tailor recently told me that most people's butts are six inches bigger than their waists but mine is ten inches bigger. Yay squats!

I've had some luck buying from Bonobos but the "wrinkle free" pants don't stay wrinkle free very long. I have to iron them. They're a little tight in the quads but fine in the seat even in the regular cut. The slim cut is a no-go.
