I've been gone all day today with my father and brother for an appointment my father had to have his eyes dialated. Here's the situation that I felt was not right while waiting for a nurse or orderly to call my Daddys name (same as mine Edward) to see someone a woman I am guessing in her mid to late 30s with three children was acting down right bitchy and complaining about her kids saying they were getting on her nerves and that she should've aborted them blah blah blah. Her youngest son Andrew pleaded with her for nearly fifteen minutes if he could have her permission to go to the restroom. She flat out ignored him and texted on her phone. This began to annoy me the next thing I know I got up from where I was sitting and took his hand and went to the restroom so he could go. I came back with him and had words with his mother. She questioned where I took her child and was I some kind of freak or something before I knew it I had to be escorted out of the hospital for verbal abuse.

Regarding my situation with this woman who I deem a bitch do you feel that I was in the wrong for looking out for her child since she apparently does not or agree that her behavior is unacceptable.

I wouldn't have intervene with her kid, some people are just looking for excuses to sue and some people are just looking for something to accuse you of something because they live on drama. You should have reported here to the receptionist or to security. I might even go as far as to try to find out who she was and report her to child protective services for abuse. The kid wasn't in any danger, though he may have crapped or pissed his pants.

Some people should not be allowed to have children......

You took quite a risk though, the situation could have easily escalated into something much much worse.
