    Well not really millions, but....

For any makeshift attorneys who like giving free advice, I could use some. I live in a house, there's an apartment building behind me where someone is feeding a colony of stray/feral cats which of course are unaltered so every Spring . These animals are always in my yard, they spray, defecate, one of them stalks my oldest dog who happens to be going deaf. My other dog will scale the fence to go after them. The apartment complex is denying any responsibility and animal control is no help. In my opinion once you're feeding an animal, it's your responsibility. There are at least 15 cats I see on a regular basis, and a few more extremely skittish ones who I occasionally catch glimpses of Aside from the inconvenience, i am concerned with the transmission of disease.

Do I have any rights here? I don't want to resort to animal cruelty because I'm not a cruel person, plus it's the fault of the humans. I've been putting up with this for over a year, and I just want these animals gone.

solution 2: move into a gated community with an association. Everyone else is subject to sniffing cat piss.

First, I have had cats in my family. I love cats.

Second, is there a natural predator which might find its' way to your yard?
