What should I improve on (fitness wise)?

    So I've been going to the gym for a couple of weeks and i love going there. I just feel great working out and I feel good doing it. I weight 175 lbs and I usually stretch right when i get to the planet-fitness gym.Then i either go onto the elliptical machine or the treadmill. Here lies my first question: Which machine gives you results in a faster way because i usually go on the treadmill for 30 minutes and get on the elliptical for 30 minutes as well. Then I work out my arms back and abs doing 3 reps of 20.Is that too much or should i stay on the treadmill for a longer time period.And by dream body I mean physically fit a little buff but not too buff like a body building size.I also eat right as well (at least i think i do) so can anyone help me or give some advice as to what i should improve on?I heard tha you are not supposed to work out the same body parts everyday because i usually work out my entire body monday through friday..Should i be working on Legs and arms one dy and abs and back the next?

    I would always do weights first.. You should do a split day like:

    Mon- chest/tris/abs
    Tuesday- back/bis/forearms
    Wed- cardio/abs
    Thursday- quads/hams/calves
    Friday- shoulders/traps/abs
    Sat- cardio
    Sun- rest

    The best weight lost for cardio is doing HIT(high intensity training), I usually do it from 15-20 minutes on a treadmill
