When I first started looking at porn online at the age of 16 I liked scrawny, hairless twinks. 12 years later I see twinks and I want to throw them back into the pond until they are a little bigger and possibly covered in rubber.

    Tastes change. Don't sweat it.

    Yes, agreed on all fronts.

Human sexuality is a fluid phenomenon.

Our tastes evolve and change constantly as we age.

I don't think I've dumped anyone from my Hot List.

But there are way too many there for me to go through and edit anyway, LOL.

every week or so I tend to go through it and weed out the chuff.. it makes me feel sooo much better!

The ones who have staying power are the ones at the end of the day who've got a good personality on the forum or the ones who are just inspiration to go to the gym every day!

I also have rubber around here somewhere... *thinks* where did I put that stuff..

I only add to mine only and only if I have had actual communication with them meaning that my "Hot List" requires more than a pretty face and/or physique! Make me laugh too please! Sheesh!! LOL!!!!

i agree that tastes change but to me the 'hot list' is just that and nothing more. "oh you're cute. let me hot list you."

the question is, "can make it to your buddy list?" icon_wink.gif

Probably once every few months I'll look through the hot list and see if I still agree. I admit that I have once or twice taken someone off the hot list shortly after adding them. Those have been cases where upon getting the automatic notification message that they had been hotlisted they wrote me an insulting e-mail about how they were way out of my league and I was barking up the wrong tree. I had been unaware I was barking at all; I tend to view the hot list as a mere statement of "he's attractive", with no real expectation of anything else coming from that.

There are certain people that really are much hotter before they say a word than afterward...

As a general rule, I rarely delist someone if i've hot listed then UNLESS thru conversations I find my initial feeling was wrong....
I guess my tastes are constant.

I don't un-hotlist my hotlist. Mind you I don't view it very often either so that probably has something to do with it.

Wow...I just dont get the being rude by some guys!

I too view the hotlist as a statement you find the person attractive or they have a great profile. My personal view is that if someone hotlist me, I send a thank you, I dont care if I think they are or are not hot.icon_biggrin.gif

I really didn't think the hot list was _that_ serious. I just use it for motivation or when I want to look at some eye candy. I didn't think it was the beginning of a pick up or something -- just a matter of convienance for me. icon_smile.gif

I do admit that while some guys have the physical attraction, after they say something, I have to stop and think to myself, why, oh why did you have to speak? Let me indulge myself and pretend for just a moment that you have a personality to match the pretty face. It is at that point that I have to remove them. The physical attraction cracks and the flaws appear. However I usually add guys to my hot list that also through their profile or interactions strike me as intelligent and capable of carrying on a conversation.

I hotlisted two guys before taking them both down, simply because there are way too many hot guys on here!

Yikes, that'd definitely make me reconsider having them on my hotlist! Don't understand why anyone would go out of their way to insult someone like that. icon_confused.gif

Hot stays hot at least until I've had a chance for a closer inspection.
