Bench Press, Incline Press, Decline Press, Military Press

But my Weight Room also a variety of pull machines.

Yes, pulling is more for the back and not for the pecs, but how can you spot a guy who hasn't balanced the presses and the pulling?

    Is a dip a press/push, a pull, or neither?

Finally, the visual impression is that a pull up does get to the pecs. Is there at least a secondary effect on the pecs?

Does the overhead military press only hit the shoulders and never the pecs, no matter how wide the grip on the bar?

Okay, at the bottom of this guys pull ups, it looks like the pecs have reached a limit along with the arms--I only go down this far and my pecs stop too

Yep, I looked at this again.

In the pull up down position (hanging from the bar), his pecs are flat.
When he pulls up, his pecs are pillowy / pumped.
So, the pecs are being exercised, yes?

A good workout program always includes both!
