I grew up watching The Simpsons! I use to run home from school and take my dinner into the bedroom just to watch it. lol. Now I just watch the new episodes/seasons on Hulu.com And I would buy them on DVD its just that there so damn expensive.

On a side note Google image search has just provided me with this disturbing imagery. I will never look at Grandpa Simpson the same way again icon_lol.gif

compared to the tame, banal unchallenging network fare on television today it is still a far more superior show. It has lost much of it's bite but after a quarter of a century on tv it can't be expected to be as fresh as it was in it's infancy era.

who needs the kwiki-mart? I doooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Bart of Darkness from 1994 is, I think, my personal fave. Over the course of a long, hot summer, a busted leg sidelines Bart, who slowly sinks into insanity and becomes convinced that Ned Flanders has offed his wife. Lisa -- who's gotten a taste of social acceptability thanks to the new family pool -- nevertheless becomes his helpmate in the investigation.

Meanwhile, Martin Prince (hilariously) declares himself Queen of Summer.

Bart: "Hey! Lisa made a friend!"
Milhouse: "Yeah -- and she looks like Blossom!"
