Exercise to broaden my shoulders

    I have a naturally small frame, and a shoulder that slopes down from my neck. See my pictures on my profile and you will see what I mean.

    I am looking for exercise that will make my shoulders look broader and less sloped. Any advice?

    work on your deltoids.. lateral dumbell side-raises. I would also suggest behind the head press, this forces your upper back and shoulders to bear the brunt of the weight. but definitely larger delts will widen the appearance of you frame and give you the look you want. oh, and don't get impatient. things like this take time and I should know, broader shoulders is one of my main focuses right now too icon_smile.gif

    The old fashioned press ups with your hands placed slightly wider than your shoulders should help.
