Do supersets and half an hour of cardio after every session. Remove all crap from diet (cake/biscuits/chocolate/ice cream). Replace with other stuff like nuts, fish and non-sugary biltong. Cut down on alcoholic drinks. Check your body fat and waist measurement every 2 weeks to keep motivation.

Cardio, cardio, cardio. Do sets with lots of reps of smaller weights for whatever muscle groups you're aiming at.

    no

reduce body fat and this has nothing to do with strength training.

First of all, based on your picture you don't have enough muscle. 6'1 150 is underweight.

Reduce calories 10-20% from maintenance. Keep protein to at least 1 gram/pound. fat to aboot .5 grams/pound. Keep the rest of your routine the same.

You need to gain muscle to look "cut".

Uh... What? HIIT and super sets will burn more calories than cardio in less time while still maintaining muscle mass.
