    I've been watching Jeff Cavaliere's videos for a while now. He offers great tips for spicing up your workouts and seeing the anatomy behind the exercises that you're doing. His youtube channel is a great resource.

    Thanks for this post! This video helped me gain a greater understanding of what I am doing and also confirmed several things. I've only been at this for a few months. In that short time I learned to slow down and do long slow reps. I had to drop some weight to do it, but the results were amazing. Interestingly, it did not take that long to recover to the weight level I was previously using...and go past it. icon_smile.gif

    Lats are easy to build and just as easy to
    lose cus they are more for show .
