Hery there 1972guy, when natural foods are high in sugar yet high in fiber the actual process of that sugar being absorbed into your body is a lot slower than if the fiber weren't there at all. So if you like the fruit a 4 oz. serving on a regular basis isn't going to hurt you. I juice smoothies on a regular daily basis and when I'm good I get 2lb of total fruit a day. But I don't extract just the juice. I have a juicer that's basically a super charged blender and incorporates the entire fruit for all its fiber content. It's the juicer approved by the American Diabetic Association because incorporating the fiber from the fruit slows the absorption of sugar into your body.

And I drain the water away which has a lot of the sodium content. I don't rinse it under water as I feel this would flush too many nutrients away.

A friend of mine works at a gas station/convenience store and they have all kinds of food and drinks and such and they had a whole bunch of frozen mango juice they had to get rid of because they discontinued whatever they used it for I guess and he brought it all home and yes it's SOO tasty. esp frozen, add some vodka, and stir it up. yum! thick and sweet

Mango has a delicious complex flavor, one of the components is reminiscent of cum. Mango juice is not a thick salty load in your mouth. You will not get pubic hair caught in your braces. Mango juice is sweet mana for the gods and delicious in its own non-cummy way. Everyone should drink it.
