There is something in mango juice that makes it taste a little like cum. So, while it is delicious I only drink it on special occasions. I don't want to spoil myself.

Hery there 1972guy, when natural foods are high in sugar yet high in fiber the actual process of that sugar being absorbed into your body is a lot slower than if the fiber weren't there at all. So if you like the fruit a 4 oz. serving on a regular basis isn't going to hurt you.

I juice smoothies on a regular daily basis and when I'm good I get 2lb of total fruit a day. But I don't extract just the juice. I have a juicer that's basically a super charged blender and incorporates the entire fruit for all its fiber content.

It's the juicer approved by the American Diabetic Association because incorporating the fiber from the fruit slows the absorption of sugar into your body.

Although on a temporary hiatus from the drink, for breakfast I have a green smoothie which is...

    1 cup of Mango
    2 cups of fresh Spinach
    1 banana
    1tbsp of Flax seed oil
    ice
    water

    blend and drink, YUMMY!!!!

I never thought to mix fresh spinach with a fruit like this. But I think I used to do it with canned spinach which doesn't taste as good as fresh and I was quite pleased ad how well it tasted when mixed with fruit. I should get back into this. icon_smile.gif

My ONLY issue with canned/jarred anything is the sodium content....

A can of the spinach brand that I have currently in my cupboard has 400mg per entire can. That's really not a lot compared to some foods. And I drain the water away which has a lot of the sodium content. I don't rinse it under water as I feel this would flush too many nutrients away.

I love the stuff. A friend of mine works at a gas station/convenience store and they have all kinds of food and drinks and such and they had a whole bunch of frozen mango juice they had to get rid of because they discontinued whatever they used it for I guess and he brought it all home and yes it's SOO tasty. esp frozen, add some vodka, and stir it up. yum! thick and sweet icon_biggrin.gif

Depends on whose cum it is.

Some guys are tasty while the few that are out there are awful.
